The Prince of Wales Bastion has been chosen not only for its height but also for its natural geographical location in relation to Venezuela. “Clear television images will reach Venezuela from the Prince of Wales Bastion” the experts postulated.
The Prince of Wales stands majestically at a height of approximately 700ft above sea level.
