OECS -23 Winners St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Seven teams competed for the championship trophy: Antigua and Barbuda, The Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St Kitts, Saint Lucia and St Vincent and the Grenadines. Outgoing holders St. Kitts was defeated by five (5) points.
