MV Christena

Today is also the 40th Anniversary of the MV Christena Disaster. Our condolences are extended to all who lost relatives and friends on that fateful day.

We also make a call to all citizens and our government to commemorate this event in our recent history by acknowledging the event annually on BOTH islands, by restoring and maintaining the upkeep of the site of the mass grave on St. Kitts and by holding a public commemorative service in honour of our lost citizens.
