ECCB ANNOUNCES WINNERS OF 25TH ANNIVERSARY POETRY AND SONG COMPETITION

On 9 July 2008, the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) launched a poetry and song competition as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations under the theme “Strength, Stability, Unity; 25 Years of ECCB”. The competition was open to all citizens of the Bank’s eight member countries.
Mr Michael S. Blake of St Kitts and Nevis is the winner of the poetry competition with a poem entitled “The E.C.C.B at 25”. The winner of the song competition is Ms Shanta Providence of St Vincent and the Grenadines with a song entitled “ECCB, We Applaud You”.
The ECCB congratulates the winners and extends appreciation to all those who participated in the two competitions.
