2014 is a big year for celebrating Hamilton’s achievements in America, his adopted home. We here on Nevis and St. Kitts should take every opportunity we can to bring awareness to our Country as his birthplace. Attached is a fact sheet on Alexander Hamilton listing some of his achievements. A Steering Committee has been formed and we are presently planning a year of activities to honour Hamilton.
Stay tuned and lend your support by participating in the activities when they are announced. Embrace and be proud of the achievements of Alexander Hamilton! After you have read the fact sheet and shared it with your children, other family members and friends, you will truly understand why we must appreciate and celebrate this son of our soil!
