Trinidad’s Heather Headley Stars In The Bodyguard, Opening This Week In London

Trinidadian-born, Grammy-award winner Heather Headley returns to the stage this week in the role of a lifetime.

This Tuesday, Heather will begin a run as Rachel Marron, the role made famous by Whitney Houston twenty years ago in The Bodyguard. The film has been recreated as a musical and is scheduled to be at the Adelphi Theatre in the West End until April 27, 2013. Continue reading

Dance Xplosion – This Is Your Chance2Dance!

The Rotary Club of Liamuiga (RCL) welcomes dance groups and individuals to its first annual dance competition, “Dance Xplosion – This Is Your Chance2Dance!”

Eligible groups must have between two to six members ages 16-30. Also, eligible iindividuals must be in the age group 16-30. Individuals and groups will be required to perform choreographed routines in traditional and contemporary Caribbean and African genres and more. Continue reading

Olivier The Spoilt Kid(DJ/PRODUCER), first began his career in the radio and musical entertainment business at age 15. His first endeavor came in the form of a radio mixologist at his local radio station in Rio Abajo Panama. His rapid claim to fame materialized upon producing his own mix of Tabou Combo song ‘Mabouya’, a unique blend of Haitian and Reggae en Spanish that was quickly rejected by Omega Stereo management.
