Launch of 2013 Athletic Season

The St. Kitts & Nevis Amateur Athletic Association (SKNAAA) will be launching its 2013 Athletic Campaign this coming Sunday 13th January 2013 at the New Recreation Ground in Sandy Point.

This Sunday’s meet will be hosted by the Sandy Point based Etonics Track Club at 1pm to Commemorate an impressive line-up of athletic activities featured in 2013. Continue reading

Join us at Cloud 9, Port Zante, St Kitts next Sunday, 5 August from 2pm. We will be watching the fastest man in the world “tun up London town” on BIG screen. The men’s 100m finals commences at 4.50pm. This will be history in the making – be on time – dont miss it. The atmosphere will be electric!

The celebrations continue with a party cup full of presidente beer, our favourite Yardy, DJ Yardy, mixing our ole skool favourites, and a barbeque grill of chicken, all complimentary! Just come – vibes nice, people nice!

A few days from the start of this year’s Olympic Games in London, Digicel, proud sponsors of the Jamaica Olympic team and sponsor of Olympic Gold medallist, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, recently spoke to the champion about food, training, her idols and her preparations for the start of the Olympics.

When asked about staying connected and grounded, Shelly-Ann says being away from home and family has it challenges, nevertheless, she thanks God every day for her blessings – which include her husband, Jason Pryce, with whom she stays connected to using her Digicel 4G Mobile phone.
