
The General Public is invited to participate in the 2011 CARICOM 10K & 5K Road Races to be held in St. Kitts on Sunday 3rd July 2011 at 4pm. The Event is Free and open to all participants with the 5K starting at Challengers and the 10K at Verchilds. Continue reading

In this issue we start a regular blog looking at our society and what lessons can be learned from traditional values and community involvement from the past and what impact they could have on today’s society. Do you remember the time when parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers, neighbours, older youths, well any adult really, could reprimand you or at least ask you what you were doing or tell you to behave? Well something happened to change all that and no one seems to know when it all happened.
More and more in our society, children and young people seem to be in charge of the adults; I recently heard a story from a school teacher, where a child in his classroom, during lesson time, shouted into his cell phone “Daddy, just bring de ting nuh!” Continue reading
