FEDERATION HOSTS CARICOM EDUCATION FOR EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP

Basseterre, St. Kitts, January 15, 2013 (SKNIS):

tvetSt. Kitts and Nevis will host a Results Based Management Workshop on January 16 and 17 which forms part of the CARICOM Education for Employment Programme (C-EFE).

Honourable Nigel Carty, Minister of Education and Information will open the workshop with a keynote address focusing on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in St. Kitts and Nevis. Continue reading

It was a packed house at the Pentecostal Church of God in Saddlers on Sunday 11th November 2012, when members, invited guests and visitors gathered to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the founding of the church.

Over fifty years ago this year the founding Pastor Bishop George C. Gilfillan and his wife Emily had the inspiration to start a church in the rural community of Saddlers, Government regulations did not allow for any additional church to be built in Saddlers at that time. However, through the miraculous work of God they were later given permission to build. Continue reading

“No Witness No Justice”

Operation Future Press Release

In August of 2012 Operation Future invited Mr. Daniel Suter, Criminal Justice Adviser to the Eastern Caribbean, to participate as a speaker at our annual conference. Mr. Suter introduced the participants in the conference to a program called “No Witness No Justice”, this program is a joint initiative of the U.S. Embassy to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean and the British High Commission, Bridgetown Barbados.
