CFBC HOSTS CULTURAL EXCHANGE

Thirty-four students at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) learnt about the Republic of China (Taiwan), its history, people and culture during an organized visit with six Taiwanese Youth Ambassadors from the National Taipei University of Technology.

Junior Achievement Fair 2012

The JA Company Programme is an entrepreneurship training programme operating in eleven (11) of the high schools in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis that requires third and fourth form students to propose business opportunities, start and operate a business, and provide a performance report at the end of the programme. The Annual Trade Fair is scheduled to take place on Friday, 4 May at the Independence Square from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Trade Fair is one of the high points of the students’ involvement in the JA Company Programme; an experience which they proudly share with their classmates, relatives, and the wider community. The Young Americas Business Trust (YABT), has put out a call for entries from young entrepreneurs between ages of 13 -36 to enter the Sixth Edition of the Talent and Innovation Challenge of the Americas (TIC Americas) www.ticamericas.net

“TIC Americas is one of our most important programs and was created with the objective of supporting young people with a business idea or a business plan to move into the implementation stage. We will help young entrepreneurs through TIC Americas to develop their business ideas into solid business plans and work with them in the implementation of those business plans through all the processes of creating new businesses and new business opportunities for our youth.
