If you are planning to show matches to the public (outside of your home) whether it is being done for profit or otherwise, it will be necessary to obtain a licence.

Applications for licences for the showing of the matches must be submitted to the Eastern Caribbean Collective Organisation for Music Rights (ECCO) Inc. which is acting as the agent for International Media Content Ltd., parent company of SportsMax, which has the relevant exclusive broadcast rights for the territory.
